(Use this before every strategy or discovery call where you'll be recommending next steps.)
1. Review the Prospect's Desired Outcomes

What results are they hoping to achieve?

Why are these outcomes important to them personally or professionally?
2. Identify the Core Problem You Uncovered

What was the deeper issue you diagnosed?
-
What surface symptoms did they describe that you need to connect back to the real problem?
3. Select 2-3 Key Priorities to Focus On
-
Which 2-3 shifts, milestones, or solutions will create the biggest impact?
-
Are these achievable and believable for the prospect?
4. Craft Simple Outcome Statements

For each priority, write one sentence describing the result (not the method). Example: "Clarify your offer positioning to double your close rates."
5. Prepare One Proof Point per Priority

A case study, a statistic, a client story, or a quick result you've helped someone achieve.

Keep it brief and relatable.
6. Frame the Transformation in Emotional Terms

How will life/business feel different for them after implementing these changes?
-
Focus on freedom, time, confidence, security, or growth.
7. Outline a Low-Commitment Next Step

What's the simplest next action they can take to build momentum?

Example: "The first step would be a 60-minute strategy session to map your custom plan."
8. Check Your Tone and Intention

Am I leading with confidence and empathy?

Am I inviting them into a partnership, not pushing them into a pitch?
9. Plan a Strategic Pause

After prescribing the roadmap, stop talking.

Let them process, feel, and respond.
10. Have a Visual Aid Ready (Optional)

A 1-page roadmap or simple 3-step framework can boost clarity and confidence.

Visuals often sell faster than words.
