Want to plan your December strategically instead of coasting into 2026? Use this prompt with ChatGPT or your favorite LLM:
"I want to use December strategically to set up a strong Q1 2026 for my consulting practice. Please interview me and create a customized December action plan.
Ask me these questions one at a time:
NURTURE ASSESSMENT:
1. What type of consulting do you provide and who's your ideal client?
2. List your top 5 past clients who had great experiences working with you.
3. Who are your best referral sources—people who have sent or could send business your way?
4. What relationships have you neglected in 2025 that deserve attention?
PLANT ASSESSMENT:
5. Which prospects showed interest in 2025 but didn't convert? What happened?
6. Who should know about your work but doesn't yet?
7. What problems will your ideal clients face in January that you could address now?
8. What content could you create this month that would attract ideal clients in Q1?
ARCHITECT ASSESSMENT:
9. What worked well in your business in 2025? What didn't?
10. What offers or services need refinement heading into 2026?
11. What does your ideal Q1 calendar look like—how much time for client work vs. business development?
12. What systems or processes would make Q1 easier if you set them up now?
After I answer all questions, please create:
- My personalized "Nurture 10" list with specific outreach approach for each person
- My personalized "Plant 10" list with conversation starters for each
- Week-by-week December action plan with specific daily tasks
- Q1 calendar architecture with time blocks for key activities
- Scripts for nurture and plant conversations
