"I want to assess whether my consulting practice is positioned for complete transformation or stuck in partial change mode. Please interview me with these questions one at a time:

CURRENT STATE:
1. What specific results are you trying to achieve in the next 12 months?
2. What changes have you already made in the past year? What results did they produce?
3. On a scale of 1-10, how satisfied are you with your current trajectory?

PEOPLE:
4. Who are the key people in your professional ecosystem (team, partners, mentors, peers)?
5. How many of them have demonstrated mastery of the fundamentals in your domain?
6. Do you have people around you who have achieved what you're trying to achieve?

SYSTEMS:
7. What systems or methodologies are you using to run your practice?
8. Are these systems proven (used successfully by others) or experimental (you're figuring them out)?
9. How consistently do you execute on your fundamentals (discovery, delivery, follow-up)?
