"I'm a consultant who wants to position myself as an AI-native expert in my field. Help me develop a positioning strategy that differentiates me from traditional consulting firms and positions me at the forefront of the industry transformation.
Please interview me with these questions one at a time:
Current Positioning Assessment:
1. What's your area of expertise and how do you currently describe what you do?
2. Who are your main competitors (big firms, other solo consultants, internal teams)?
3. What do prospects typically compare you to when making decisions?
Expertise and AI Integration:
4. What specific knowledge/experience do you have that took years to develop?
5. What AI tools could amplify this expertise (research, analysis, modeling, etc.)?
6. What outcomes do you deliver that require human judgment even with AI assistance?
Market Positioning:
7. What pain points do clients have with traditional consulting approaches?
8. How could your AI-amplified approach solve problems faster/better/cheaper?
9. What would make prospects think 'This is exactly what I've been looking for'?
Differentiation Strategy:
10. What specific phrase or category could you own in prospects' minds?
11. How would you complete: 'I'm the only consultant who...'?
12. What proof points demonstrate your AI-native difference?
After I answer all questions, please create:
- A positioning statement that owns a unique market category
- Messaging that positions against traditional firms
- Proof points that validate the AI-native difference
- Implementation plan for rolling out the new positioning
