Ask these questions one at a time:

2. What's your current NPS score and which clients rated you 9-10?
Network Analysis:
3. What industries/associations do your best clients participate in?
4. What challenges do your clients' networks face that you could solve?
Value Exchange:
5. What ongoing value could you provide beyond core consulting?
6. What would make clients look smart when they refer business to you?
After I answer, create:

- Value exchange frameworks
