Who I Am

I'm Dale Gibbons.

For most of my career, I did what we are told to do. Built businesses, served clients, hit the numbers. On paper, it worked. But I eventually realized I had been chasing the
wrong metric.

I was constantly asking, "What do I need to do next?" instead of "How do I want to live?"

That question changed everything.

Over three decades, I have helped grow companies from startup to scale, advised senior leaders through pivotal transitions, and built and sold multiple businesses of my own. I have worked across industries, through economic cycles, and alongside some of the sharpest minds in consulting.

What all of that taught me is this: the consultants who thrive long-term are not the ones who hustle hardest. They are the ones who design their practice around their life, not the other way around.

Today, I live on our family farm. I am a grandfather. My weeks are built around clear mornings, daily walks, meaningful work, and time with the people I love most. And I still run a consulting practice that grows every year.
