Who I Am

I'm Dale Gibbons.

For most of my career, I did what we’re told to do. Built a career, took care of my family, and made responsible decisions.

On paper, it worked. But I eventually realized I’d been chasing the wrong goal.

I was constantly asking, "What do I need to do next?" instead of "How do I want to live?"

That season cost me years of unnecessary pressure, exhaustion, and complexity. I knew something needed to change.

Through the years, I’ve helped grow companies, advised leaders, and built and sold multiple businesses. Along the way, I honed a consulting business that was both profitable and humane.

Now, I’m in the season of living and not just working.

I live on our family farm. I’m a grandfather. I value clear mornings, daily walks, meaningful work, and having the energy to enjoy the life my business was supposed to support.
